Getting started

Getting Pebble Hub on your device

Pebble Hub works in your web browser, so there’s nothing to download from an app store. But you can add an icon to your desktop or home screen so it opens like any other app.

It takes about two minutes. Choose your device below.

Who this is for

Pebble Hub is for practitioners whose Local Authority or organisation is already using Pebble. You’ll need an account from them to sign in — you can’t set one up yourself.

Open Pebble Hub

Which device?

iPhone or iPad

This only works in Safari. If you’re reading this in Chrome, copy the link into Safari first.

  1. Open Pebble Hub in Safari using the button above.

  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. It’s the square with an arrow pointing up.

  3. Scroll down the list of options.

  4. Tap Add to Home Screen.

  5. Tap Add in the top right corner.

Pebble Hub is now on your home screen. Tap it to open.

Android phone or tablet

  1. Open Pebble Hub in Chrome using the button above.

  2. You may see a banner at the bottom asking if you want to install. Tap Install.

  3. If no banner appears, tap the three dots in the top right corner and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

  4. Tap Install to confirm.

Pebble Hub is now on your home screen.

Windows or Mac computer

Works in Chrome or Edge. If you use a different browser, Pebble Hub still works normally — you just won’t get the icon.

  1. Open Pebble Hub using the button above.

  2. Look at the right-hand end of the address bar at the top. You’ll see a small icon that looks like a screen with a downward arrow.

  3. Click it.

  4. Click Install.

Pebble Hub will reopen in its own window, and the icon will be on your taskbar or dock.

If the install option doesn’t appear

Some work computers and phones are set up to block this. It’s nothing to worry about.

Pebble Hub works exactly the same in your browser. Everything is there and nothing is missing — you just open it by visiting the website rather than tapping an icon. If it helps, save it as a bookmark.
